At Teclapi, we strive to provide reliable eSIM services and responsive customer support. This Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect customers in cases involving technical issues or incorrect product delivery.
1. Exchange Policy
If a customer receives an eSIM product that differs from the purchased product due to an error attributable to Teclapi, we will assist with a replacement or exchange as soon as reasonably possible.
If you wish to change to another eSIM product after completing your purchase, you may contact our support team for assistance. Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not always be possible depending on the activation status and nature of the purchased eSIM.
2. Cancellation & Refund
Orders may be canceled without charge prior to successful payment confirmation or before the eSIM has been delivered to the customer.
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of eSIM products, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once the eSIM QR Code or activation details have been delivered.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- the purchased eSIM cannot be delivered;
- the eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue attributable to Teclapi or its service providers;
- or the delivered service materially differs from the product description displayed at the time of purchase.
Refunds will generally not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:
- incompatible or unsupported devices;
- carrier-locked devices;
- failure to verify device compatibility before purchase;
- incorrect installation or misuse by the customer;
- accidental deletion of the eSIM profile;
- changes to travel plans;
- or issues caused by local carrier restrictions or network availability.
Customers are responsible for checking their Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder if they cannot locate the delivery email. Failure to check these folders before requesting support may delay the resolution process.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
