By purchasing or using a Teclapi eSIM, creating an account, or signing in to Teclapi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.
1. Nature of Service
Teclapi provides digital travel eSIM profiles (“eSIMs”) for compatible devices, allowing travelers to access mobile data services in supported destinations.
The eSIM is delivered digitally in the form of a QR Code and is not a physical SIM card.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports eSIM technology, is carrier-unlocked, and is compatible with the selected eSIM product before purchase.

Compatibility may vary depending on device model, regional version, manufacturer restrictions, or carrier limitations.
2. Pricing
eSIM prices vary depending on the selected destination, data package, validity period, and product type.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The purchased eSIM cannot be used after:
- The included data allowance has been fully consumed or the validity period has expired.
3. Payment
We accept supported online payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their bank, payment provider, or currency conversion service.
If you experience payment issues or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team for assistance.
4. User Accounts and Google Sign-In
Customers may create an account or sign in using supported third-party login methods, including Google Sign-In, where available.
When using Google Sign-In, Teclapi may receive limited account information such as your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique Google account identifier, depending on the permissions you grant. The collection and use of such information are described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account access. You agree not to share your account access, misuse another person’s account, or use our services for fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful purposes.
Teclapi may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access if we reasonably believe that the account is being used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment disputes, chargeback abuse, violation of these Terms, or activities that may harm Teclapi, our customers, or our service partners.
If you request account deletion, Teclapi may delete or anonymize your personal information where required and where no longer necessary. However, we may retain certain order, payment, support, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal records where reasonably necessary or required by applicable laws.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, customers will usually receive a payment confirmation email almost immediately.
The eSIM QR Code and installation details are typically delivered within a few seconds to several minutes after payment confirmation.
In certain cases, delivery may take longer due to payment verification, system processing, email delays, or technical issues.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout.
If you cannot find our email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder before contacting support.
6. Activation and Usage
The validity period of the eSIM begins upon activation unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Network quality and coverage may vary depending on destination, local carriers, device compatibility, and environmental conditions.
Teclapi is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
- local carrier limitations;
- unsupported devices;
- incorrect installation;
- accidental deletion of the eSIM;
- or factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be canceled without penalty before payment completion or before the eSIM has been delivered.
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded after the eSIM QR Code has been delivered.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if:
- the eSIM cannot be delivered;
- the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue attributable to Teclapi or its providers;
- or the purchased service is materially different from the product description.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- device incompatibility;
- carrier-locked devices;
- incorrect installation by the customer;
- accidental deletion;
- change of travel plans;
- or failure to check device compatibility before purchase.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
8. Privacy

9. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teclapi regarding the use of our services.
Failure by Teclapi to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Teclapi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
